DAS - Direct Access Training
The direct access scheme is designed for bike riders over 21 years old, who
wish to ride bikes of unlimited size or power. Training is initially undertaken
on 125cc motorbikes, quickly progressing to 500c motorbikes on which you will
sit your practical motorcycle theory test.

Fees include FREE CBT (normally £90) and practical motorcycle test fees approximately £60.00. Terms and Condition apply.

Own
bike £25.00 per hour
Pegasus Training bike £28.00 per hour
The training takes place at Ayr College
(MAP) and starts promptly at 9am and generally finishes at 2pm. The
tuition on our 500cc motorbikes will be conducted on a variety of roads
where you learn
to safely control all manner of situations. This experience will enable you
to pass your DSA test with confidence. The course length will depend on your
previous riding experience.
The practical test will be carried out on the
final day of the course.
All students must bring a valid driving licence, both card and counterpart.
